Job summary

Staffing Services in Pune is looking for a sales-focused professional to drive solutions sales and business development across the region. You will generate profitable YOY growth, expand geography coverage, and promote machinery safety regulations and services to a diverse customer base, including distributors. The role requires managing approvals and driving project sales initiatives from the territory.

Qualifications

• Handle solutions sales & business development activities for assigned customers.
• Generate sales in line with the assigned target with profitable YOY growth.
• Increase geography coverage, increase market share & create awareness of Machinery Safety regulation/standard & initiating Project sales amongst various customers across the assigned territory.
• Manage approvals for our machine safety services and solutions from assigned customers.
• Spec-In activity with assigned customers to get approvals for safety solutions & services.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct and indirect sales efforts for assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and customers to meet targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and service delivery.
