Job summary

CNCT CALL in Hyderabad is seeking an AI/ML engineer to own STT/TTS quality for Indian languages, focusing on latency, code-switching, and production-grade audio pipelines on our voice platform. You will hold a CS/EE degree (B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech) with 2+ years in speech or NLP, be comfortable with Python and PyTorch, and ship models to production.

Responsibilities include fine-tuning ASR/TTS for Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and English code-mix, building offline eval sets, and documenting failure modes

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in CS/EE with 2+ years in speech or NLP.
• Able to work with Python and PyTorch and ship models to production.
