Job summary

CNCT CALL is seeking a role focused on owning STT/TTS quality for Indian languages, including code-switching and telephony-grade audio pipelines on our voice platform.

The candidate will fine-tune and evaluate ASR/TTS for Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and English mix, build offline eval sets, and partner with backend teams to enable streaming inference at 8–16 kHz. Documentation of model cards and tuning is required.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in CS/EE.
• 2+ years in speech or NLP.
• Comfortable with Python, PyTorch or similar, and shipping models to production.
