Job summary

Quantbot is seeking a hands-on ML/AI engineer to join our team in India. You will build AI systems across speech, LLMs, RAG, and retrieval, and enhance STT/TTS for multilingual Indian languages. You will fine-tune models, optimize for edge devices, and ship features in production.

Collaboration with product and engineering teams will be essential to deliver scalable AI capabilities. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of ML/AI experience, strong Python and PyTorch skills, and familiarity with LLMs,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on ML/AI experience.
• Strong Python and PyTorch skills.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with STT/TTS or speech/NLP systems.
• Understanding of model fine-tuning, preferably PEFT/LoRA.
• Experience with Indian languages, multilingual NLP or edge AI is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
