Job summary

Infosys Bengaluru is seeking a DevOps/MLOps professional with 2+ years of experience to join the delivery team. You will interface with clients for quality assurance, ensure issue resolution, and strive for high customer satisfaction while contributing to cloud-native architectures and ML pipeline deployment.

You will review requirements, create designs, validate architectures, and participate in project estimation and risk planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in DevOps/Cloud/MLOps with automation scripting (Python).
• Proficient in Jenkins, Git, Docker, and AWS EKS troubleshooting.
• Experience with AWS services: SageMaker, Lambda, S3, ECS, IAM, RDS.
• Proficient in IaC tools: CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Experience deploying ML pipelines to SageMaker or Databricks.
• Strong collaboration with delivery teams and client interfacing.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
• Understand requirements, create/review designs, validate architecture and service offerings.
• Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, risk planning, and code reviews.

• MLOps/DevOps/CloudOps
• 2+ yrs DevOps/Cloud/MLOps experience; Python for scripting and automation
• Strong with Jenkins, Git, Docker, EKS troubleshooting
• AWS: SageMaker, Lambda, S3, ECS, IAM, RDS, infra creation
• IaC: CloudFormation (CFT) and Terraform
• MLOps: build/operate ML pipelines deploying to SageMaker, Databricks, or Lambda A day in the life of an Infoscion
• As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
• You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
