HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Senior MLOps Technical Lead to drive enterprise‑scale ML Ops, DevOps automation, and AI platform engineering initiatives. The role emphasizes building and managing ML pipelines, automating infrastructure, and deploying models across cloud environments.

The candidate will apply Python, ML Pipelines, and DevOps expertise, with hands‑on work in MLflow, Kubeflow Pipelines, TFX, and Metaflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in building end-to-end ML pipelines and deploying models at scale.
• Hands-on CI/CD and automation experience across cloud environments.
• Strong IaC and cloud infrastructure experience; Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines using MLflow, Kubeflow Pipelines, TFX, and Metaflow.
• Automate model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ML systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Fluentd.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Drive best practices for version control using Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
• Conduct technical reviews, feasibility studies, and architecture assessments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of ML environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in building and managing ML pipelines, automating infrastructure, implementing CI/CD workflows, and ensuring reliable model deployment and monitoring across cloud environments.

This role demands deep technical expertise in Python, ML Pipelines, and DevOps, along with hands-on experience in modern MLOps frameworks and cloud-natives technologies.
