Responsibilities

• Create and serve classic, contemporary and signature cocktails to an exceptional standard.
• Develop seasonal beverage menus inspired by local produce and the bar's character.
• Experiment with ingredients, techniques, garnishes and presentation to create original drinks.
• Deliver warm, engaging and unscripted guest experiences.
• Share the story behind each drink with confidence and authenticity.
• Provide thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Support beverage tastings, activations, events and special experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages and trends.
• Mentor and train bartending colleagues through tastings and product education.
• Maintain an organized, clean and well-stocked bar.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, inventory and cost management.
• Ensure consistency in recipes, presentation and service standards.

We are seeking a creative, charismatic and highly skilled Mixologist to join Hyatt Centric Bengaluru Airport and help shape a beverage experience that feels fresh, local.

The opportunity

As Mixologist, you will create distinctive beverage experiences across Hyatt Centric Bengaluru Airport.

You will develop signature cocktails, champion local ingredients and bring curiosity to every serve. From refining classics to experimenting with unexpected flavours, you will help define the identity of our bars while inspiring both guests and colleagues.

You will also play an important role in beverage education, menu development and maintaining consistently high standards across service.

What you will do

Qualifications
