Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a data reporting and analytics professional to support MIS and business insights. Responsibilities include building dashboards, automating reports, and consolidating data across sources for accurate management insights.

The role involves collaborating with Operations, HR, Finance, and leadership to deliver timely, data-driven decisions and improve data quality across reporting databases. On-site in Thane, 48-hour week expectations may apply.

Qualifications

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
• Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy.
• Generate performance reports for management review.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and Management for data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Automate recurring reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, VBA, Power Query, or Power BI.
• Improve reporting efficiency through process automation.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Present reports and findings to leadership clearly.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
• Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy.
• Generate performance reports for management review.

Data Analysis

• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Track KPIs and provide variance analysis.
• Support business planning with data-driven insights.

Database Management

• Maintain master data and ensure data integrity.
• Perform regular data validation and cleansing activities.
• Ensure timely updates of records and reporting databases.

Dashboard & Automation

• Develop dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Automate recurring reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, VBA, Power Query, or Power BI.
• Improve reporting efficiency through process automation.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and Management teams for data requirements.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from leadership.
• Present reports and findings in a clear and concise manner.
