Job summary

NDX Financial Services is seeking an MIS Executive in Mumbai to act as a coordination bridge between B2B Relationship Managers and Operations.

You will track RM activities, manage RM-wise MIS, dashboards, and ensure timely follow-ups while supporting daily/weekly/monthly reporting to management.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in MIS/Sales MIS with strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work across multiple teams in a financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant MIS experience in MIS, Sales MIS, RM coordination or similar roles.
• Experience in Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Broking or Financial Services preferred.
• Strong Excel, MIS reporting, communication, coordination and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Act as a coordination bridge between B2B RMs and the Operations team.
• Maintain and update RM-wise MIS, trackers and dashboards.
• Track RM meetings, client interactions, follow-ups and meeting completion.
• Monitor expiry/renewal-related activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Track avenues/products assigned to each RM and monitor progress.
• Maintain RM-wise targets, KPIs, achievements and pending activities.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly performance against defined targets.
• Coordinate with RMs to collect and update business and activity-related information.
• Follow up with RMs on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management and review.
• Highlight gaps, pending actions and deviations from targets/KPIs.
• Provide operational support to RMs and coordinate with Operations for timely resolution.
• Support the RMD in performance reviews, business tracking and review meetings.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely updation of all MIS and trackers.

About the Role

We are looking for a MIS Executive who will act as a key coordination and support function between the B2B Relationship Managers (RMs) and the Operations team.

The role will involve tracking RM activities, meetings, expiries, assigned business avenues, targets and KPIs, while ensuring timely coordination between RMs, Operations and the RMD. The ideal candidate should be strong in Excel, MIS reporting, communication, coordination and follow-ups.

Candidates with experience in the Mutual Fund / Wealth Management / Financial Services industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, Filters, Conditional Formatting, etc.
• Strong MIS, reporting and data management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and numerical ability.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple RMs, trackers and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify pending actions or gaps.

Preferred Background

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, Sales MIS, RM Coordination, Business Operations or similar roles.
• Candidates from Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Broking or Financial Services are preferred.
• Prior experience working closely with Relationship Managers / B2B Sales / Operations teams will be an advantage.
• Understanding of Mutual Fund products, financial products and investment avenues is preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BMS, Finance or any relevant discipline.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and organized professional who is strong in Excel and communication, comfortable coordinating with multiple RMs, and capable of tracking meetings, expiries, assigned avenues, targets, KPIs and pending activities. The person should be proactive with follow-ups and capable of ensuring smooth coordination between the B2B RMs & Operations team.
