Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants seeks an experienced MIS professional in Indore to design, develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards and databases that support business decisions. The role involves collecting, analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

You will ensure data accuracy, leverage advanced Excel features such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and create dashboards to monitor key metrics. 3+ years in MIS preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in MIS or related analytics roles.
• Proficient in data collection, cleaning and interpretation.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to create dashboards for business insights.
