• 0–2 years of experience in MIS / Data Management / Reporting role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas mandatory).
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Good typing speed and data handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
