The Ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, a Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Sc.), and strong Excel skills. This position focuses on data handling, coordination, and timely data updates for management review.

Role & responsibilities

• Data Management: Collect, maintain and update daily data from different departments and project locations.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and share them with management.
• Advanced Excel: Work on Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF and Pivot Tables.
• Dashboard Preparation: Create dashboards to track business performance, targets, achievements and progress.
• Data Analysis: Analyse data, identify errors, track performance and highlight important trends.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure all reports and records are accurate, updated and maintained properly.
• Tracker Management: Maintain employee, candidate, attendance, training, placement and project-related trackers.
• Coordination: Coordinate with different departments and centre teams to collect timely data.
• Documentation: Maintain proper records and documentation of all MIS reports.
• Management Updates: Share regular reports and provide data-based updates to management.
