Job summary

NIIT Foundation (NF) is seeking a Data Management Executive to maintain MIS data and generate reports on enrollment, attendance, completion, and placement. You will coordinate with centre teams, monitor LMS portals, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. This role reports to the Project Manager and requires strong Excel skills with 1–3 years of MIS experience.

Experience in NGO/skill development and familiarity with LMS/ERP systems are preferred. Full-time position based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably CS/IT or related field).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in MIS/Data Management role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update MIS data on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly).

• Report to Project Manager.
