Job summary

Zivore Apparel in India is seeking an MIS Executive to handle management information reporting, month- and day-wise data, and maintain essential databases across departments.

The role requires advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, CountIFS) and strong stakeholder management to gather metrics, validate accruals, process vendor invoices, and deliver timely MIS reports with improvement recommendations. Experience in e-commerce accounts receivables would be a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of MIS handling experience.
• Proven analytical skills to handle multiple data sets.
• Advance Excel proficiency is mandatory.
• Stakeholder and team management skills desirable.
• Experience in e-commerce accounts receivables preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make MIS reports and month- & day-wise information reports.
• Prepare and validate management reporting.
• Validate accruals and process vendor invoices.

• Making MIS Report, Month & Day wise information Report.
• Intense knowledge of MS Excel- V-lookup,Pivot Table,Countif,Sumif etc.
• Management Reporting
• Validation of accruals
• Vendor Invoice processing
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports
• Develop and maintain organization databases
• Work with different stakeholders, internal as well as external, to gather information on various business metrics
• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
• Provide recommendations to improve reporting efficiency and consistency

Experience & Skills required:

• 2-3 years of work experience in MIS Handling
• Good Stakeholder and Team Management skills
• Proven analytical skills required to organize and analyse multiple, complex data sets as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
