Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

• Collect, validate, and maintain data related to calling processes across multiple channels.
• Develop and manage dashboards for performance tracking and business insights.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of MIS reports.

Analysis & Insights

• Perform detailed analysis of customer interactions, conversion ratios, and process efficiency.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve calling strategies.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with operations, sales, and product teams to align data-driven strategies.
• Provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Home Loan / Loan Against Property (LAP) processes or any Banking experience.
  • Prior exposure to MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles in BFSI preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple datasets and deliver insights under tight timelines.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
