Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong Advanced Excel skills to manage data, prepare reports, analyze information, and support management with accurate MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources.
• Analyze data and prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Use Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and conditional formatting.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Track KPIs and highlight important trends or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
• Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, formulas, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
