Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain patient and hospital data in HIS and EMR systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze operational data and identify trends.
• Provide actionable insights to support management decisions.
• Perform regular data validation and quality checks.
• Clean and organize data for reporting purposes.
• Coordinate with OPD, IPD, Billing, Laboratory, and Pharmacy departments.
• Support audits and compliance reporting activities.
• Assist in implementing and utilizing hospital software systems.
