Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI is essential to transform raw data into meaningful business intelligence.

You will analyze performance, identify risks and growth opportunities, perform root-cause analysis, and present insights to leadership for timely, effective decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in MIS/Business Analytics within the Microfinance, NBFC, or Banking industry.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to transform data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations not just reports.

Responsibilities
