Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and automate Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Create periodic and ad-hoc reports, scorecards, KPIs, and executive dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Support report migrations, dashboard enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
• Ensure governance, data quality, and reporting controls are followed.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel features (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot) for data modeling.

The role requires a strong understanding of reporting processes, data management, and visualization tools to support business decision-making. The candidate should possess analytical capabilities and be proficient in creating, maintaining, and automating reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and MS Office Suite.The individual will work closely with stakeholders across operations, business, and support functions to gather reporting requirements, analyze data, and deliver meaningful insights. They will be expected to make evaluative judgments based on data analysis, identify trends, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
