Job summary

Manning Consulting is seeking an MIS Analyst to transform operational, customer, and business data into actionable insights. You will build and maintain management information reports and dashboards, and proactively identify inefficiencies through data-driven observations.

You will automate reporting workflows using Excel, Power Query, VBA, and Power Automate, while ensuring data accuracy and governance. Collaboration with operational teams and stakeholders is essential for driving improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor or relevant experience in data analytics or MIS preferred
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced functions, automation, and modeling
• Experience with Power Automate and data validation
• Familiarity with reporting dashboards (Power BI / Looker / Tableau) a plus

• Analyse operational, customer, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes.


• Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations that support business decisions.


• Proactively investigate issues and provide evidence-based solutions rather than simply reporting outcomes.
