Net2Source LLP in Hyderabad/Pune is seeking an experienced Middleware Upgrade Specialist to lead end-to-end upgrades and migrations. You will administer Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, SOA Suite, and OBIEE environments while optimizing JVMs, pools, and performance.

The role demands 5–6+ years of hands-on upgrade experience and exposure to infrastructure migrations and CPU patching. The position is hybrid (3 days in office), with multiple upgrade projects under your belt and strong

Qualifications

• 5 to 6+ years of middleware upgrade experience.
• 12 end-to-end middleware upgrade implementation projects.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g/12c, WebLogic, SOA, OBIEE.
• Experience in upgrades, CPU patches, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end middleware upgrades and patching activities.
• Administer Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, SOA Suite, and OBIEE environments.
• Optimize JVM parameters, connection pools, and overall system performance.
• Support infrastructure migrations and platform modernization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex middleware issues and ensure high availability.
• Prepare runbooks, upgrade guides, architecture documentation, and post-migration reports.

We are hiring for one of our premium clients and are looking for an experienced Middleware Upgrade Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, SOA, and OBIEE upgrades and migrations.
