Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in middleware, strong hands-on with IBM APIC, DataPower, MQ and IIB/ACE, plus deployment and lifecycle management expertise.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in middleware/API platforms.
- Hands-on with IBM API Connect, DataPower, MQ and IIB/ACE.
- Experience in API deployment, lifecycle and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- L2 production support for API gateway platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot API and middleware systems.
- Deploy APIs and manage configuration changes.
- MQ and IIB administration support.
- Perform patching, DR, backup and recovery activities.
- Prepare RCAs and coordinate with stakeholders.
