We're Hiring: Middleware Consultant (IBM Middleware Technologies)

We are looking for an experienced Middleware Consultant with strong expertise in IBM Middleware Technologies to support a large-scale banking transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document the current ("As-Is") middleware landscape.
• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Define the target ("To-Be") middleware architecture with a focus on modernization.
• Design and recommend integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM API Connect, and IBM MQ.
• Assess the impact of the proposed architecture on existing applications and enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in IBM Middleware Technologies.
• Strong experience with IBM API Connect.
• Expertise in IBM MQ.
• Experience in middleware architecture, modernization, and enterprise integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred.
