Job summary

Pay@, a leading payment solutions provider in India, is seeking a Middle Java/Full stack Developer to join our growing team. This role focuses on secure, high-volume payment systems and complex integrations with fintech platforms.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and API-driven architectures, plus CI/CD and testing experience. Angular exposure is a plus for frontend work within a full stack context.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant development experience.
• Proficiency in Java (Standard and Enterprise Editions) and Spring Boot.
• Experience with continuous integration and testing environments.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI protocols.

Responsibilities

• Technical integration of new clients into systems
• Development testing
• Fixes and maintenance on current systems
• Enhancements of current functionality
• New functionality design and development
• Query resolution (3rd line support)
• System security and audits
• Improve development techniques and processes

Requirements

• Tertiary or equivalent training in software development, computer science, or engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant development experience
• Java — both Standard and Enterprise Editions, Spring Boot
• Experience working in a continuous integration and testing environment
• OpenAPI protocols

Nice to Have

• Exposure to financial transaction processing systems
• Exposure to multi-threaded, high volume real-time systems
• Exposure and participation in Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience in front-end development using Angular
