Senior Manager – AI Engineer

The opportunity to lead strategic AI initiatives and drive the design, development, and adoption of agent-based solutions using Microsoft AI technologies. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership to scale AI‑driven transformation across enterprise functions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of AI‑powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent‑based frameworks.
• Drive enterprise‑wide adoption of intelligent agents built using Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#).
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks for scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and ensure high‑quality delivery across AI initiatives.
• Responsible for decision‑making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Strong expertise in Copilot Studio and enterprise‑grade AI agent development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#).
• Extensive experience with Azure AI Foundry and AI/ML ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of agent‑based architectures, orchestration patterns, and enterprise integrations.
• Proven ability to define architecture and lead large‑scale AI programs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions within enterprise systems and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and reusable components.
• Ensure solution performance, reliability, and alignment with enterprise security and governance standards.
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, onshore–offshore delivery models.

Ideally, you’ll also

• Experience with Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services.
• Experience supporting large transformation or digital modernization programs.
• Familiarity with testing tools, deployment cycles, and release management practices.
• Experience working across multiple industries or complex business environments.
