The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer (Senior Consultant) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent‑based solutions leveraging Microsoft AI technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI‑driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent‑based frameworks.
• Build, test, and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions within enterprise systems and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and reusable components.
• Ensure solution performance, reliability, and alignment with enterprise security and governance standards.
• Make decisions, optimize processes, manage resources, and oversee team execution as needed.
• Allocate personnel, supervise team members, assign tasks, and ensure necessary tools and support for success.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent‑based frameworks.
• Proficiency in building intelligent agents using Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel (Python or C#).
• Collateral collaboration with cross‑functional teams for system integration.
• Business‑to‑technology translation, scalable AI architecture design.
• Reliability and performance assurance, security and governance compliance.
• Effective work in distributed, onshore‑offshore delivery models.

Ideally, you’ll also

• Experience with Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services.
• Support for large transformation or digital modernization programs.
• Familiarity with testing tools, deployment cycles, and release management practices.
• Work across multiple industries or complex business environments.

What we look for

• 4+ years total experience.
• At least 1 year relevant experience in AI/Agent‑based solutions.
• Prior client‑facing consulting or enterprise delivery engagements.
• Degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent with relevant industry experience.
• Microsoft AI certification preferred.
