Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years total experience.
• 1+ year relevant experience with AI/agent‑based solutions.
• Prior experience in client‑facing consulting or enterprise delivery engagements.
• Microsoft AI certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of AI‑powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent‑based frameworks.
• Drive enterprise‑wide adoption of intelligent agents built using Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#).
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks for scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and ensure high‑quality delivery across AI initiatives.
• Make decisions, optimize processes, manage resources, and oversee team execution as needed.
• Allocate personnel, supervise team members, assign tasks, and ensure the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed.

We are looking for a seasoned AI Engineer Senior Manager to lead strategic AI initiatives and drive the design, development, and adoption of agent‑based solutions using Microsoft AI technologies.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager, you will combine deep technical expertise with leadership to scale AI‑driven transformation across enterprise functions. You will champion enterprise‑wide adoption of intelligent agents and architect reusable, scalable AI solutions that align with EY’s global strategy.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong expertise in Copilot Studio and enterprise‑grade AI agent development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#).
• Extensive experience with Azure AI Foundry and the AI/ML ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of agent‑based architectures, orchestration patterns, and enterprise integrations.
• Proven ability to define architecture and lead large‑scale AI programs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions within enterprise systems and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and reusable components.
• Ensure solution performance, reliability, and alignment with enterprise security and governance standards.
• Effective in distributed, onshore‑offshore delivery models.

Ideally, you’ll also

• Have experience with Power Platform.
• Have experience with Azure Integration Services.
• Have supported large transformation or digital modernization programs.
• Be familiar with testing tools, deployment cycles, and release management practices.
• Have experience working across multiple industries or complex business environments.
