Techilaservices is seeking an experienced Solution Architect in Pune to design scalable, secure enterprise solutions using Power Platform and Azure. You will lead architecture for digital transformation, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide integration across APIs and enterprise systems.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in solution architecture, hands-on Power Platform and Azure experience, and strong leadership in Agile/Scrum environments.

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade technology solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, enterprise application architecture, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical leaders to define architecture strategies, technology roadmaps, and implementation approaches that drive business value.

What You'll Do:

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for enterprise applications and digital transformation programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Define application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure architectures.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Design integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services, third-party applications, and APIs.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards, security policies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and governance activities.
• Support effort estimation, solution planning, risk assessment, and delivery execution.
• Mentor developers and technical leads while promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Drive modernization initiatives using Power Platform, Azure, AI, and automation technologies.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8-12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Application Design, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate workflow development.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse and data modeling principles.
• Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Experience integrating SharePoint Online with Power Platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and Custom Connector development.
• Experience with Azure Services and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of system integration, enterprise connectivity, and data migration.
• Experience implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and compliance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with production support and performance optimization.
• Excellent technical documentation and solution design skills.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and driving innovation.
• Experience as a Solution Architect in Enterprise Digital Transformation Programs.
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Certification (AZ-305).
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect experience.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise‑scale cloud and hybrid solutions.
