• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant) beneficial.
• Experience in enterprise-scale projects or AI-driven solutions is advantageous.

Role Description

The Microsoft Power Platform and Power Apps Engineer is a full-time role based in Pimpri Chinchwad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. In this role, the engineer designs, develops, and maintains solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Power Platform components to address complex business needs. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing requirements, building custom apps and workflows, integrating data sources, and optimizing performance and security of Power Platform solutions. The engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, and other engineers, to support digital transformation initiatives and enhance user experience. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting issues, preparing technical documentation, and staying current with Microsoft’s latest Power Platform features and best practices.
