Ejamerica in Pune seeks an experienced Microsoft Intune Endpoint Security Engineer to manage Intune policies, Defender for Endpoint, ASR rules, EDR, and Windows Firewall for Windows 10/11 devices. You will collaborate with SOC/Cyber Security teams and support onboarding and integration activities.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise security, policy baselines, and diagnostics, including PowerShell scripting and remediation workflows.

Responsabilités

Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft Intune Endpoint Security policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Defender Antivirus, ASR rules, EDR, and Windows Firewall.
• Manage security policies and baselines for Windows 10/11 devices.
• Troubleshoot Intune policy deployment issues and application-blocking problems.
• Work with SOC/Cyber Security teams to improve endpoint security.
• Support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) onboarding and integration.
• Use PowerShell scripting and Intune Remediations for troubleshooting.
• Analyze Windows Event Logs and Registry issues.
• Handle incidents, changes, and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Perform root cause analysis and maintain technical documentation.
