Job summary

TÜV SÜD is seeking a Technical Consultant to support Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations, configuration, and maintenance. You will work with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise IT strategy.

The role involves configuring Dynamics 365 CRM, developing in C#/.NET/JavaScript, and integrating with external systems like SAP S/4HANA and Azure. Hybrid work in Pune, India is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with: Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, security concepts, and provisioning).
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Role Overview
