Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a Sr Developer - Microsoft Copilot to design, build, and deploy AI-powered Copilot solutions. Hybrid work in PAN India, with 8–14 years of software experience and a strong focus on Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure OpenAI.

The role emphasizes integration with Microsoft Graph, OpenAI models, and security best practices, delivering enterprise-grade copilot experiences across HR, Finance, and Customer Service domains.

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in software development.
• 1+ year working on Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform tools.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with M365 Copilot extensibility, Azure Cognitive Services, and OpenAI GPT models.
• Experience with Graph API, REST APIs, and enterprise system integration.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Power Fx, JSON, adaptive cards, and conversational UX design.
• Understanding of security, identity (Azure AD, Entra ID), and RBAC in M365.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Preferred: prompt tuning, LLM fine-tuning, or OpenAI APIs.
• Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate, Azure AI Engineer, or Copilot Studio Specialist.
• Exposure to Agile development, Azure DevOps, GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Microsoft Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Integrate Graph API, Azure OpenAI Services (Optional), and Cognitive Services into Copilot experiences.
• Implement prompt engineering and build semantic memory for copilots using Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Use Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents to build workflows, apps, and chat interfaces.
• Collaborate with solution architects to convert business use cases into working copilots (HR, Finance, etc.).
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and post-deployment support for Copilot apps.
• Follow secure development practices and governance policies.

Role Summary: As a Microsoft Copilot Architect, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform, integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Youll collaborate with architects and business users to build intelligent copilots and custom generative AI experiences.

• Implement prompt engineering and build semantic memory for copilots using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
• Use Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents to build workflows, apps, and chat interfaces.
• Collaborate with solution architects to convert business use cases into working copilots (HR, Finance, Customer Service, etc.).
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support post-deployment monitoring of Copilot apps.
• Follow secure development best practices and ensure governance policies are adhered to.
