Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a Sr Developer - Microsoft Copilot hybrid role in India with 8–14 years of software experience and 1+ year on Copilot/Power Platform. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered copilots integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

You will work with architects to convert business use cases into working copilots (HR, Finance, Customer Service) and implement prompt engineering and semantic memory using RAG techniques.

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in software development, with 1+ year working on Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform tools.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with M365 Copilot extensibility, Azure Cognitive Services, and OpenAI GPT models.
• Experience with Graph API, REST APIs, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Power Fx, JSON, adaptive cards, and conversational UX design.
• Understanding of security, identity (Azure AD, Entra ID), and role-based access control in M365.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Microsoft Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Integrate Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI Services (Optional), and Cognitive Services into Copilot experiences.
• Implement prompt engineering and build semantic memory for copilots using RAG techniques.
• Use Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents to build workflows, apps, and chat interfaces.
• Collaborate with solution architects to convert business use cases into working copilots (HR, Finance, Customer Service, etc.).
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support post-deployment monitoring of Copilot apps.
• Follow secure development best practices and ensure governance policies are adhered to.

Role Summary: As a Microsoft Copilot Architect, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform, integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Youll collaborate with architects and business users to build intelligent copilots and custom generative AI experiences.
