Job summary

Platlap Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 & Copilot Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Foundry services.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business needs into scalable M365 architectures, and ensure quality through code reviews and best practices. The role requires hands-on expertise and a proactive approach to adopting new Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 development.
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, migrations.
• Hands-on design and development using Copilot Studio and Copilot agents toolkit.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, governance, DLP policies, and environment strategy.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI and Foundry services.
• Azure development experience including Functions and Logic Apps.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and M365 extensibility.
• Experience with migration tools like ShareGate, Metalogix, Quest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead the scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Microsoft full stack technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, create designs and development.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of the solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

• Work with Architects and Leads to translate business requirements into scalable M365 solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands on 8 + years of experience in Microsoft 365 development
• In-depth knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Migrations.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit
• Experience with Power Platform environment strategy, solutions, pipelines, DLP policies, ALM, and governance
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Foundry / Foundry Agent Service, LangChain or equivalents.
• Microsoft Azure development experience, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and M365 extensibility.
