Job summary

Sonata Software in Manesar is seeking an experienced M365 Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience. You will manage L2 incidents, monitor health dashboards, and administer Defender policies while handling Entra/AAD user management and Intune device MDM.

Responsibilities include licensing, SOC integration, security reporting, and support for Outlook/Teams/Office apps, with a focus on security posture and documentation. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• BE/B Tech/MCA degree is required.
• Min 3 years' experience in M365 solutions with valid M365/MCSA certification.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage L2 incident tickets and service requests within SLAs.
• Monitor M365 health dashboards and resolve alerts daily.
• Administer Defender policies and investigate security alerts.
• Manage users, access, and groups in Entra.
• Deploy Intune policies for devices.
• Ensure integration of M365 security logs with SOC.
• Perform license migrations and user data transfers.
• Maintain MDI configuration for on-prem AD.
• Analyze M365/Azure logs to troubleshoot issues.
• Facilitate Windows OS upgrades to Enterprise editions.
• Generate weekly usage reports and security posture for management.
• Provide technical support for M365 Outlook, Teams, and Office apps.
• Create/update technical documentation and conduct user training.
• Rollout and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Coordinate with Microsoft OEM support for complex L3 issues.

M365 Admin:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage L2 incident tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.

1. Monitor M365 health dashboards and resolve service availability alerts daily.
2. Administer Microsoft Defender policies and investigate security alerts for endpoints.
3. Manage user identities, access permissions, and group memberships in Entra.
4. Deploy and manage Intune policies for mobile devices and laptops.
5. Ensure seamless integration of M365 security logs with SOC.
6. Execute license migrations and user data transfers to new subscriptions.
7. Maintain Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI) configuration for on-premises AD.
8. Analyze M365 and Azure logs to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
9. Facilitate Windows OS upgrades to Enterprise editions.
10. Generate weekly usage reports and security compliance posture for management.
11. Provide technical support for M365 Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Create and update technical documentation for internal knowledge base systems.

1. Conduct user awareness training sessions for new M365 feature adoption.
2. Build strong personal relationships with new customers and build rapport with their users
3. Assist in the rollout and configuration of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
4. Support internal audits by providing evidence of security policy compliance.
5. Coordinate with Microsoft OEM support for resolving complex L3 issues.

Technical Capabilities:

• Should have minimum BE/B Tech/MCA Degree

1. With minimum 03 years of relevant experience in M365 solution &Valid Certification in M365 Components or MCSA.
2. Should have good communication skills.
