Job summary

Infosys Equinox team in India seeks an experienced Full Stack Architect to design, develop, validate and support enterprise software solutions. You will own delivery from a technology perspective and guide the team on best practices, performance and security.

You will review requirements with stakeholders and estimate effort, mentoring developers along the way. The role emphasizes Microservices, Node, Java, React and AI usage, with a focus on scalable, secure solutions and collaboration with PMs

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering is required.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and Node/Java/React.
• Familiarity with AI usage is a plus.

• Own the delivery from a technology perspective and ensure coding standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• A day in the life of an Infosys Equinox employee: As part of the Infosys Equinox team, your primary role would be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain.
• Area of Responsibility: Technology owner of the delivery.
• Review and discuss business requirements with the concerned stakeholders.
• Actively participate in the Requirement analysis and grooming activity.
• Provide feedback/suggestion on the requirements so that it gets simplified but at the same time ensure the team understands the requirements clearly.
• Estimate the effort involved for building a software using industry standard models.
• Architect, design and deliver enterprise grade, high performing, cost-effective and secured software solutions to address business problems.
• Ensure effective Design and Documentation in line with Architecture requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop sound technical requirements that clearly outlines the tasks required to accomplished.
• Own the delivery from a technology perspective which includes educating and updating the Development Standards, Best Practices and processes.
• Review code written by team members and ensure the developed code adheres to design and organization standards/processes including performance and security.
• Define/review and own the non-functional requirements delivery i.e., performance and security adherence of the software.
• Collaborate with various internal and external teams to ensure smooth delivery of the software.
• Mentor the development team on technical/ design queries or issues to ensure they meet their day\'s objectives.
• Contribute to the technology innovation space across the organization.
