Job summary

Infosys Equinox delivery team in Coimbatore seeks an engineer to drive design, development, validation and support for the Equinox platform. You will translate client requirements into system specs and assist in estimating work for leads and project managers.

You will troubleshoot, analyze logs, coordinate with stakeholders, restore services and manage major incidents, leveraging microservices, Node.js, Java and React in an AI-enabled commerce context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering required.
• Experience with microservices, Node.js, Java and React.
• Familiarity with IT service management and incident processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities are essential.
• Experience in AI-enabled e-commerce context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the issue identified and document findings.
• Check logs and debug the issue.
• Troubleshoot and triage the issue for resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for resolution and actions.
• Restore the service or arrange for remedy.
• Open bridge calls for major incidents (P1) and track until closure.
• Coordinate root-cause and corrective/preventive actions.
