Job summary

Infosys Equinox is seeking engineers to ensure effective design, development, validation and support for e-commerce platforms. You will gather client requirements, translate them into system specs and contribute to accurate project estimations for technology leads and managers.

The role emphasizes building efficient programs and services to support our clients' digital transformation journeys, with a focus on incident management and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Node.js and front-end technologies (React).
• Experience with DocumentDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of Java and backend API development.
• Familiarity with AI usage in e-commerce platforms (recommendations, personalization).

Responsibilities

• Analyse issues and understand client requirements in the Infosys Equinox delivery context.
• Check logs, reproduce and debug issues to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot and triage incidents, coordinating with stakeholders for resolution.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely restoration of services.
• Open bridge calls for major incidents (P1) and manage incident lifecycle.
• Document actions and track issues till closure and implement preventive measures.
