Michelin APAC is launching a Bangkok-based Graduate Program to develop future leaders in sales and commercial strategy. You will begin as an Account Manager within the B2B Commercial team and build strong customer partnerships across markets.

The program offers structured development, mentoring, and diverse experiences designed to accelerate your career across teams, markets, and cultures in the APAC region.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree holder with up to 3 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Business English (Upper intermediate or B2+).
• Collaborative problem-solver who thrives in diverse environments.
• Impact-driven, with the ambition to contribute to our Michelin in Motion 2030 strategy from day one.
• Fully mobile and open to new experiences across the region.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals who:

• Bachelor’s degree holder with up to 3 years of professional experience
• Demonstrate a strong interest in sales, business development, account management, or commercial strategy.
• Proficiency in Business English (Upper intermediate or B2+), with additional languages considered a plus
• Collaborative problem-solver who thrives in diverse environments
• Impact-driven, with the ambition to make a meaningful contribution to our Michelin in Motion 2030 strategy from day one
• Fully mobile and open to new experiences across the region
