Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel in Gurgaon, India is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to ensure inbound client and supplier data is complete and ready for reporting.

You will validate data, provide Level 2 support for post-travel issues, and collaborate with Back Office, Tech and Product teams to uphold data accuracy and SLAs. The role emphasizes process improvement and automation opportunities, with rotational shifts in a collaborative environment.
