Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA from a reputed business school is required.
• 8+ years of product marketing experience in Medical Devices.
• Experience in orthopedics or capital selling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing plans for the Orthopedics portfolio in line with Credo and business goals.
• Collaborate with key partners to mobilize resources and achieve the business plan.
• Perform market analysis, pricing strategy, and forecasting to ensure availability and ramp.
• Manage A&SP and build brand equity through KOL engagement and cross-functional partnerships.
• Engage with Global/Regional teams, HCPs, and sales to deliver customer insights and strong engagement.

Job Description

Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is recruiting for Marketing Manager role, located in Mumbai for the Orthopedics business known as DePuy Synthes.

Role Overview

Responsible for strategizing marketing plans in sync with timeline in a manner consistent with the CREDO, company policy and goals, and in line with overall business direction.

• Evaluates emerging bold market developments need and recommends actions in how the brand needs to evolve to win in the market
• Collaborate and Influence key partners to mobilize resources and help the team members to achieve business plan.
• Market analysis and set product pricing with long term objectives
• Ensure product availability through accurate forecasting and capex deployment
• A&SP management for the business
• Understand needs of KOLs and work closely with them to improve brand equity
• Builds strong relations with Global/ Regional team, HCP's, sales team and all relevant partners through regular connect, generates business insights through such interactions leading to strong customer engagement
• Collaborates with peers & support teams to resolve issues. Timely closures of issues involving them (assessed through feedback mechanism)
• Be role model for J&J Credo Values and Healthcare Compliance

Education

• MBA from a Reputed business school required

Experience and Skills

• You will have over 8 years of Product Marketing experience in Medical Devices
• Experience in orthopedics or capital selling preferred
• Your experience in Healthcare or Pharma marketing would be preferred

Should be proficient in Hindi and English
