Job summary

Carrier Hyderabad seeks an experienced Mgr, Data Sci & Analytics to lead enterprise BI initiatives and analytics strategy. You will supervise design, standards, and performance of BI tools, guiding data-driven decisions across functions.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, and a university degree or equivalent. Knowledge of Carrier systems and strong analytical capabilities are essential.

• Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems.

• Supervises the design and support of enterprise-wide business intelligence applications and architecture.
• Develops standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of business intelligence tools and systems.
• Defines and executes useful analyses to solve problems. Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that add value to the user.
• Creates testing methodologies and criteria. Supervises the development of data/information quality metrics.
• Researches new technologies and develops business cases to support their use.
