Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant with strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM). You will analyze, design, model, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and align workflows with organizational goals.

You will partner with stakeholders to map current-state processes, identify improvements, and drive the implementation of streamlined, future-state processes.

Qualifications

• Document current-state ("as-is") and design future-state ("to-be") process models using standard notation (e.g., BPMN).
• Define process metrics, KPIs, and controls to measure performance.
• Support process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
