Job summary

Infosys is seeking a BPM/Process Improvement professional to analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state models using BPMN and standard notations. You will facilitate workshops, define KPIs, support automation initiatives, and drive change management with cross-functional teams.

You will document SOPs, train staff, and mentor juniors while contributing to BPM best practices. Knowledge of Visio/Signavio/ARIS/Bizagi/Camunda is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document current-state (as-is) and design future-state (to-be) process models using BPMN.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and validate process designs.
• Define process metrics, KPIs, and controls to measure performance and track improvements.
• Support process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure adoption.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Provide recommendations aligned with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Support change management activities and communicate process changes to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to BPM best practices; familiarity with AI-powered tooling is a plus.
