Qualifications

• Understanding of material quality and testing methods.
• Knowledge of heat treatment and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Check raw material chemical composition and verify material quality.
• Conduct spectrometer testing for chemical analysis.
• Perform hardness testing using BHN or HRC methods.
• Conduct microstructure analysis and metallographic examination.
• Inspect Cast Iron and SG Iron materials for quality.
