Candidate will validate SS7/SIGTRAN protocols, lead interoperability and load testing, and mentor testing teams while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• 9–11 years of experience in telecom testing or QA leadership
• Strong knowledge of SMSC, VAS, and signaling workflows

• Perform interoperability, regression, load, and stress testing
• Analyze and troubleshoot SS7, SIGTRAN, SCTP, M3UA, SCCP, MAP, and Diameter protocols
• Use Spirent Landslide for signaling performance validation
• Drive defect management, RCA activities, and quality improvements
• Mentor testing teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders

Job Description

We are looking for a Messaging & Signaling Test / QA Lead with strong expertise in SMS and signaling platforms. The candidate will drive test strategy, quality assurance, interoperability validation, and performance testing across telecom messaging and signaling ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing initiatives for SMSC and Value Added Services (VAS).
• Define end-to-end test strategy and governance processes.
• Validate SMS MO/MT services and signaling workflows.
• Perform interoperability, regression, load, and stress testing.
• Analyze and troubleshoot SS7, SIGTRAN, SCTP, M3UA, SCCP, MAP, and Diameter protocols.
• Use Spirent Landslide for signaling performance validation.
• Drive defect management, RCA activities, and quality improvements.
• Mentor testing teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
