Job summary

NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Ltd in Bangalore is seeking a Messaging Services Analyst to manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment that includes Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange. You will handle user accounts, groups, service monitoring, and reporting, troubleshoot issues, and perform day-to-day support and administration tasks.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience supporting Office 365 environments, with a focus on Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create mailboxes, assign licenses, and manage user mailboxes, aliases, and distribution groups.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services and applications, such as Exchange online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
• Use of Microsoft administration tools, such as Microsoft 365 admin center, MS Teams and Exchange Online admin center.
• Create and manage groups, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and resources using Microsoft 365 admin center and Exchange Online.
• Resolving and troubleshooting the O365 issues and incidents and escalating them to Microsoft support when needed.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools/platform to handle service request tasks and Incident and management.
• Steady state support to the email and collaboration services, work with end users and handling client issues and escalations.

Messaging Services analyst who manages and maintains the Microsoft 365 environment that includes various applications and services such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange. Responsible for managing user accounts recipients, groups, service monitoring and reporting. Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and perform day to day support and administration tasks.

• Participates in troubleshooting and resolution of client problems using integrated data processing and communication solutions.
• Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on technical matters.
• Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job.
• Build deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization

Technical Qualifications

Create mailboxes, assign licenses, and manage user mailboxes, aliases, and distribution groups.

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services and applications, such as Exchange online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.

Use of Microsoft administration tools, such as Microsoft 365 admin center, MS Teams and Exchange Online admin center.

Create and manage groups, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and resources using Microsoft 35 admin center and Exchange Online.

Resolving and troubleshooting the O365 issues and incidents and escalating them to Microsoft support when needed.

Knowledge of ITSM tools/platform to handle service request tasks and Incident and management.

Steady state support to the email and collaboration services, work with end users and handling client issues and escalations.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in supporting Office 365 environments, with a focus on Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint platforms.

Candidates must have excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication skills.

Microsoft Office 365 certification is a plus.
