Job summary

ITC Infotech in Pune seeks a seasoned MES/SCADA specialist to configure, maintain, and enhance Sepasoft MES and Ignition SCADA applications from an IT perspective.

You will work hands-on in SCADA projects, configure Designer/Gateway, support MES modules (Production, Quality, Track Trace, OEE), and develop Python scripts and SQL queries to enable reliable manufacturing data, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MES and/or SCADA applications.
• Strong practical Ignition configuration, projects, gateway, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on configuring and supporting MES modules; Sepasoft is a plus.
• Strong Python scripting, including writing and debugging scripts.
• Strong SQL skills with MES schemas, transactions, and audit data.
• Experience in MES/SCADA applications in manufacturing environments.
• Understanding IT ownership of OT systems (servers, databases, integrations).
• Familiar with data ingestion using OPC UA, MQTT, or similar protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot IT/OT issues across environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of handson experience working with MES andor SCADA applications
• Strong practical experience with Ignition configuration, projects, gateway, troubleshooting
• Handson experience configuring and supporting MES modules Sepasoft is an advantage
• Strong Python Python scripting skills, including writing and debugging scripts
• Strong SQL skills, including working with MES schemas, transactions, and audit data
• Experience working directly within MESSCADA applications, not just coordinating vendors
• Understanding of ITside ownership of OT systems, including servers, databases, and integrations
• Experience supporting or validating data ingestion using OPC UA, MQTT, or similar industrial protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues across ITOT environments
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Familiarity with regulated environments medical devices, pharma, life sciences preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
