Job summary

Tekskills in Pune seeks an MES Consultant to drive AVEVA Wonderware MES projects from design to deployment. You will lead MES full lifecycle implementations, develop and support MES solutions, and ensure platform readiness across related AVEVA tools such as WorkTask, Historian, System Platform and Object Integration Server.

The role requires deep MES domain knowledge, familiarity with ISA-95/ISA-88/MESA standards, and strong documentation skills.

• Excellent leadership and project execution capabilities on MES projects.
• Ability to map customer requirements to MES modules and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES full lifecycle projects on Aveva Wonderware MES.
• Design, develop, implement, and support Aveva Wonderware MES solutions.
• Set up MES environment and ensure platform readiness.
• Collaborate with teams on Aveva WorkTask, Historian, System Platform, and Object Integration Server.
• Ensure ISA-95/ISA-88/MESA standards are applied in solutions.
• Guide developers and map functional requirements to MES modules.
• Prepare software requirements and functional specifications documents.
• Utilize SQL scripting for data extraction and analysis.
• Develop solutions using .NET technologies.

Required Skills: 6-8 Years.

Job Description:

• Understands the IT and OT technology landscapes and IT-OT integration methodologies.
• Adapt on design and development of system layouts and architectures, which depicts the integration of different assets deployed at Enterprise, Operation, Controls & Automation, and field level.
• Experience as a technical lead at least on one MES full lifecycle project on Aveva Wonderware MES.
• Software Design, Development, Implementation and Support experience on Aveva Wonderware MES, especially Operation, Quality and Performance modules.
• Experience with MES environment setup and platform readiness.
• Experience on Aveva WorkTask, Historian, System Platform, Object integration server.
• Functional understanding of MES module, operation, performance, and Quality.
• Knowledge about ISA-95, ISA-88 and MESA standards.
• Worked on Operation excellence and optimization solution.
• Experience on Aveva System Platform, Aveva Historian, Aveva Insight, Aveva Intelligence, Object integration server
• Brief understanding of different functionalities covered in Aveva Wonderware MES and able to map the functional requirements in MES modules.
• AVEVA Certified Support Provider for Aveva Wonderware MES technology.
• Can handle the team of MES software developers, understand, and involve in project execution tasks.
• Understands the controls and automation technologies, OPC, PLCs, SCADA, and integration methods.
• Can independently develop the project documents like Software requirements and functional specifications.
• Knowledge of SQL scripting and Query.
• Experience in dotnet programming.
