Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking a Delmia Apriso Consultant Lead with 8-14 years of hands-on MES experience to design, develop, and support Apriso solutions across production, quality, warehouse, and maintenance modules at our Pune office.

The role involves configuring Apriso components, integrating with ERP systems, and delivering robust SQL Server queries and reports, while collaborating with analysts and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure Delmia Apriso solutions: Process Builder, Screen Designer, BCs, and GPM.
• Develop and customize Apriso UI screens, workflows, and business logic using NETC.
• Configure and manage Production, Quality, Warehouse WMS, and Maintenance modules.
• Implement and support interfaces and integrations with ERP systems e.g. SAP PLM using web services, REST/SOAP APIs, flat files, or middleware.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and reports.
• Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and support SIT/UAT activities.
• Support deployments across DEV, QA, Pre-Prod, and Production environments.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide L2/L3 production support as required.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants and infrastructure teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Delmia Apriso Developer with 8-14 years of hands-on experience in MES implementations and enhancements. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Apriso solutions to meet manufacturing business requirements across production, quality, warehouse, and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure Delmia Apriso solutions including Process Builder, Screen Designer, Business Components and Global Process Manager GPM
• Develop and customize Apriso UI screens, workflows, and business logic using NETC
• Configure and manage Production, Quality, Warehouse WMS, and Maintenance modules
• Implement and support interfacesintegrations with ERP systems eg SAP PLM using web services RESTSOAP APIs flat files or middleware
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and reports
• Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and support SITUAT activities
• Support deployments across DEV, QA, Pre-Prod, and Production environments
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide L2/L3 production support as required
